About Us

Martial Arts is about the journey, not the destination.

Integrity Martial Arts was formed on a dream, a bond, and passion.  We are here because of our love of martial arts and our desire to share that love with others.  Our team strives to bring out the best in every student through growth and learning.  That is why it is important that our instructors continue to train and grow so that our students are ever growing and ever learning.  Come in and meet our wonderful team.

Bridgette Crocker

Ms. Crocker started martial arts in 2011 with her family and it has been developed from many sides. Her initial experience was to encourage her son to develop more confidence and focus; as he grew tremendously in these areas over a six month period, her whole family chose to begin training. What began as a character building exercise for a young boy quickly evolved into a passion for something that needed to be shared with others.

In the past, she has successfully prepared and managed a school tournament, as well as implemented several communication strategies to help students and parents remain involved with their martial arts instruction and training. Ms. Crocker is the School Manager of Integrity Martial Arts and is also a fully certified instructor.  She is a 1st degree black belt and continues to train with Mr. Kevin Listen and Mr. Dan Bamper. Ms. Crocker is also a certified coach with Katarina's HIIT& Run, a practical self-defense fitness system for women developed by Dr. Katarina Terzic-Conrad, Ph.D. Ms. Crocker aspires to also work towards rank in both Isshin-ryu Karate and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, as well as become a certified yoga instructor.
